Can i mod the speed of different Formations i.e. line slower than col
umns in Division?

From browsing the SDK files, I think the answer to that is yes.

Yes, there is a variable in drills.csv, (column K), that allows you to do that for each formation.
I can make this march and I will make Georgia howl.
