Expanded Toolbar - Grog

Something must be screwy with my install - here is how the grog toolbar comes up for a standard sandbox divisional level battle. I have restarted and there is only one toolbar mod available and it is v2.0

I use Chrome and cannot get the attachments box to work. I click on add file, double click the file name and nothing happens.

Gotta click 'insert' after that.

This looks exactly like what happens when the game is not restarted after checking and activating the mod in Modifications (once leaving Modifications, Resign, then restart the game). Unless there's another issue that cropped up, I don't know beyond that.

On my end ( I maybe wrong) the formation button isn't there, where it can be seen. From the picture in this thread I know where to click. If I use the cavalry tab I get the infantry formations. If I use the infantry tab I get the cavalry formations.

It's working for me.
I deleted the toolbar folder in Mods, restarted and verified vanilla version worked, then downloaded mod again, restarted, ticked it, resigned and restarted. And the F button brings up the new formations popups.
