cant click on units in HITS mode.

In HITS mode my arrows disappear, I cant click, buttons aren't responsive, and generally the game doesn't work. Is there any plan to fix this? It's entirely frustrating and almost impossible to play.

Maybe it has something to do with hitting the "f" key unintentionally. Something similar happened to me.

And do you have the "disable context menu" button checked in the options?

I know that in the KS mod some flags are hard to click on - Austrian heavy cavalry flags in particular are carried low in the unit and can be hidden behind sprites and the hotspot for these seems to be halfway down the flagstaff!

If, as saddletank suggested, the 'disable context menu' options are not off, what camera distance have you selected in the main options menu? Are you playing 'custom' difficulyy?

Tried it at the lowest level and I believe 10 yards. Especially when in contact with the enemy I lose the ability to click units. Arrows disappear so I have no idea if my troops are moving where ordered or not.

10 yards should be ok. Have you played with restricted camera before?

This game, or past SOW titles. The answer to either would be yes, and quite extensively. When I pull up a menu I cannot click the x to exit, I have to click on the toolbar. I loose the ability to click on the map.

If the menus and maps aren't working either it sounds like an overall problem with your UI.

Have you any mods enabled?
What resolution are you playing at?
What is the native resolution of your monitor?

He was playing in a KS Hits game, so he had three mods enabled: KS Nap Mod, KS Sprites Mod, and KS Maps Mod.

Mark, did you have Reb Bugler's Grog Mod on?

I can confirm its not the mods - plenty of us have been testing these mods extensively over the last 2 months and we have no issue selecting units by clicking on flags.
