My folders look exactly like that, execpt for folder names.

Are these used in sandbox?

That's right, sandbox is the only mode they can be used in. You are seeing them in the Modifications screen, activating them so the red box is checked, clicking on "use selected mods" and then resigning completely from the game? You then go back in and these maps will be active. Select sandbox mode then select the maps on the upper right panel.

Also make sure there are no Spanish accents above the characters in your mod folder name - like mine.

So, the mods show up in the mod section, I click one and it will turn red.

Then I back out and resign.

I launch the game again, select single player, then sandbox.

But still no maps.

When you click the mods in the modifications page you need to hit the "use selected mods" button rather than 'back out' button.

The box to the left of the mod name must be checked also for the mod to be activated.

This one doesn't work for me either.

Reb's toolbar mod works fine though.

Can I suggest you guys make folder names EXACTLY the same as mine and see if that works for you? I had no trouble making these mods work other than you have to make your own top folder for the mod, something that the mod author really should include.

And as Reb says, make sure the red box is checked in the modifications screen.

Hmmm. Just back from my hols and it seems there's trouble at mill. ;)

Thanks to everyone for trying to help but the install instructions in the first post are designed to avoid the exact problem Tank describes.

Also worth noting that SoWWL has a problem if a mod's directory structure includes an extra layer - e.g. Mods/Map name x/Map name x/[then further subfolders]. This extra layer is sometimes created by default by unzip progs. However, there should be no need to tamper with any folders if you follow the instructions first posted.

But let's see if I can make these clearer

Installation

1. Download the 7zip files for each map to your desktop.

2 Unzip each map's 7zip file using 7zip.

To do this right click on the relevant 7zip file, choose open with 7zip and use the Extract To command. This should create a single folder for each map with the map files inside it.

You should now have two folders on your desktop

Montaña Sagrada WL

Río Español Map WL

Within each should be the following sub-folders.

Graphics
Logistics
Maps
Sounds

3. Copy and paste Montaña Sagrada WL & Río Español Map WL to your games' mods directory

4. Activate the mod in game as per normal.

Return to main menu.

5. Once activated you may have to resign/close SoWWL and re-launch the game due to a weird glitch in MyGUI.

6. Go to sandbox as these maps are for sandbox only. Pick your map.

This works. I've tried it again, today
