Solved - Battalions not firing in sandbox games.

Probably not the problem, but as the download is a zip and because I have seen WinRAR cause problems extracting zips and zipping SOW files - if you get a chance try using 7zip.

I just downloaded them again & I can confirm it is those two mods causing the problem. I'll try 7zip just in case it is WinRAR that's causing the problem.

And just to confirm - is it 'those two mods' or just the one? Or are we referring to these sprites as two mods?
If you play with the Garde and Landwehr mods alone do you see the problem?

I just tried 7zip & it made no difference. Still the same problem.

Order Of Mods: Grogs tool bar mod should be low priority.

I.e. listed below all other mods you are using.

Don't forget to exit/reenter the game when changing mods (a known bug).

I haven't tried using his tool bar mod yet with my personal mod. I was going to adapt it to my personal mod but haven't had the time.

Yes.
Sorry if I'm not to clear. It's only these two mods that are causing the problem when I use them together.

No problem - a willingness to work through bugs is a big help when we cannot replicate them.

Download errors and extracting errors are out.

So:

- if you use either of these on their own it does not cause a problem.
- but when you combine them no units fire.

Squid - can you replicate that??

Last question - these units do not fire throughout the whole scenario - they are not set to 'volley fire' and just firing when you aren't looking?

Some are set to 'volley fire' but they never fire, even when you press the button they never fire. The ones not set to 'volley fire' never fire either.

As Squid said, Skirmishers shoot fine, but any other inf unit will just stand there and not fire. It affects both sides & when they are in the square formation they don't have a problem firing either.
