Keyboard

Post by mcaryf »

Hi all
I just acquired Waterloo via Steam and as far as I can tell it did not come with the keyboard.csv file. When I noticed the keyboard commands were not working I had to go and get that file from my Gettysburg game that I purchased not via Steam.

I may be being stupid but it was only because of my previous knowledge that I realised what was wrong.

Regards

Mike

With WL the keyboard.csv file is in the sowwl folder which is installed in the Documents folder.

Hi Reb
In my case the keyboard.csv file was not actually present and I had to go fetch it from my version of Gettysburg. Perhaps there was or is some sort of error in the Steam download process.

In this case make a copy of defaultkeys.csv and rename it to keyboard.csv

If anybody else ever has this problem, Reb posted this file in another thread. His version simply adds the Space Bar as another Pause button, which is helpful.
