i placed graphics and logistic folders from Blood and gore mod 1.4 in sow mods folder they do not show

Not familiar with the "Blood and gore mod 1.4"...
Mods made available are always complete if the modder knows what he's doing. The complete mod goes in the Mods folder, not separate files or folders.

I placed the Blood and Gore mod V5 in my Mods folder and it does not show in Modifications to check (litte blue block)

Are you installing mods in Waterloo or Gettysburg? This is the Waterloo forum but the mods you are talking about are Gettysburg ones which will not work with Waterloo.
