Hmm ya thats weird. I am not seeing that.
Probably not related to the toolbar but I dont know.

Hopefully someone else will chime here today.

No it's not the toolbar, I just disabled all the mods & it still happened. It's the game.

Great mod and have always used it in the past but now for some reason it is low rez or stretched out.
I tried the regular version and the hi-rez version both same result.

I am running 1920x1080 in game full screen and desktop is same.

I have tried everything. Uninstalling all mods, reinstalling just the toolbar but it still looks low rez compared to the rest of the screen.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated
Stardog and Roy, thanks for the report.

I may have a solution. I've adjusted the size and position of the toolbar so theoretically it should be positioned in the middle and not stretched. I have no way of testing it since I don't have a WIDE monitor but try it out and please post a screenshot after testing.

Instructions:

- Download and unzip
- Open the mod and find the same named file in the Layout folder (\Waterloo SOW\Mods\Expanded Toolbar IV - Grog\Layout)
- Rename the original toolbar.layout file
- Copy this new toolbar.layout file in it's place

Thanks for this improvement on UK Independence Day.

I like the look of the toolbar now but it might look a bit better if it could be a little bit wider. It just looks a bit squashed.

Thanks again Reb. :)

Gotta call it a night for now, glad I'm on the right path. I'll fix up a wider version for testing soon.

Thanks for the prompt screenshot Roy. :)

Reb thats great, I appreciate you working to fix this so quick.
I wont upload a pic because mine looks exactly like his. Much better but just a little squished.
Looks like you are on the right track though.

Thank you!

Continuing with the wide screen narrower toolbar request...

Here's a 2/3 sized example, the first was 1/2 screen.

Same instructions:

Crap, for some reason this attachment added the date when zipped, rename to toolbar after unzipping.

Next up a 3/4 sized example if requested. :)

Very nice!
This one works perfect for me. Its more upscaled than the old version I have but its looks ok and not near as stretched/upscaled as the first one I tried.

One thing I am wondering though when I use an old version of the toolbar the underlying bottom bar still goes all the way across the screen and the toolbar fits inside of it nice and tightly. With this new one its for sure much better and not stretch out like the was reported before but the underlying bottom bar with the compass and everything doesnt go all the way across.

what causes that?

Also thank you!
