Chattanooga Campaign Map Release

This is where our experts try to teach you the very flexible modding system for our previous release - SOW Gettysburg and its add-ons. It's powerful, but dangerous. Post your tips and your questions.

My group has a couple of win 10 home too.

There are different versions of windows 10
The program works best on Windows 10 home, BUT, NOT on all systems with windows 10 home.
Since Norbsoft has declared GB dead, I will stay on 7 till I have to upgrade, then I no longer will be able to use it.

I tested, and purchased new OS enough.
The same goes with Waterloo.
I will support them till it impossible to do so.
They made choices, so must I.

Mark - I finally got a chance to checkout your Chattanooga map and it's fantastic. I was just there over the summer and it's cool to take a virtual tour of the 1860's version of a place you visited.. Great work!

"MarkT" -Just a reminder when making Maps.

On the Chickamauga Map - You used the Greyscale Color of "25" to define where the town is on the BMP file.

The Greyscaale Color 25 is coded as a Riverbank in the game so it can only be used along rivers or creeks.

Any other use of this "Color" will cause road-path-errors.

It has been coded this way since the days of TC2M.

AFAIK - this is the only greyscale color that can't be used in any other way , except along a waterway.

The only true logic is that, there is no true logic!

Mark and I are nearing the end on LBH. Hopefully a matter of weeks, rather than months :)

The mod will contain two new maps - Rosebud and Little Bighorn.

That's all you have to do - except the 2 scenarios will crash unless you do the Lvl3 - Lvl4 change in the scenario files as described near the end of this thread: http://www.norbsoftdev.net/forum/modifi ... -promissed

Having some problems with getting that to work, I've changed Line 472 column N, and Line 982 column N to level4 and still get the crash.
Could someone with the correct lines upload this?
