Re: New Gettysburg Map
Great Addition!
Been looking forward to a GB map large enough to include the East Cavalry Field actions as well as other engagements that occurred on the outskirts of the main battle.
I've only done one fly around checking out the main battle arena and all the details appear right on. The terrain is nicely done with lots of historically accurate fencing and especially, stone walls. This map has the appearance of being a catalyst for reawakening the battle of GB for further modding.
Thanks for giving this game a bionic boost with this, and your other excellent offerings

MarkT - Excellent Job on the Gettysburg Map!
Forty thousand worm fences have got to be a record for any map.
Question - Why did You make them so low to the ground - is that how tall they were during that period?
It took Me two days of looking at the code to figure out which values controlled the height, and use a Hex-Editor to change all of them to a higher value, doing them by hand would have took a year. Hex-Editor less than a minute.
Either way, Great Job!
