Effectiveness of fire

Post by Amish John »

Yesterday a group of us went target shooting with our 1861 Springfields. (Yes it was pretty hot even though we were in the shade the whole time). As usual, after firing several rounds, our muskets began to foul. Loading became difficult for some. It took longer to load the muskets.

Will the game take into account the effectiveness of a unit gradually being reduced the longer they fire due to this issue?

I believe that is taken to account in the fatigue category. This will affect loading and aim. We might want to take loading more into account, but we are prepared for it.

Sounds like NSD is on top of this. Keep cool.
