The numerous errors suggested by Reb concern me. I’ll be clear.... I don’t intentionally leave files out of my mods, for exactly that reason. All files needed should be there. It may be an install issue, but happy to look at log file.

Again, are others experiencing the same?

Deactivate all your mods and run this map pack alone. I predict you'll see the log errors I see, and experience some crashes.
Just to be clear, Maps is the lone folder in this mod, right?

No there's also Sounds, Layout, Logistics and Graphics. So far it's working great for me, I just went through the list and each map launched fine. Just to be clear I made a new folder "Lace Wars Maps" in the "Mod" folder and unzipped the new Mod into that

Never mind, discovered the problem, it is on my end.

When I unzipped the map pack it didn't have a main folder so the various folders were available separately in my Downloads folder. I saw Maps and mindlessly thought that it was the unzipped mod. I always include the main folder with my downloads that I share, so I expect the same. Hence my confusion :S

RALB - thanks. I just retested and found no crashes either. Phew!

Reb - Yes, an extraction error. With the LW map pack folder you should have the following sub-folders

Graphics
Layout
Logistics
Maps
Sounds

I suspect it's windows 10 messing with you. I've found it can behave oddly when extracting stuff. But may that I'm so used to Windows 7.

As mentioned, when I extract I get all the folders needed, incl sub folders.

That you didn't is confusing. :S
