Great job MarkT on the maps, they are awesome...
When you use the Snow and Winter map and the Fall map, use Reb's -Greatcoats Mod as it goes great with the maps..
The troops with their Frocks on look great !!!
Thanks

We cannot retreat. We cannot withdraw. We are going to have to be stubborn today

Thanks... I have my own Greatcoat Mod:)
That is why I am doing the seasons
Trying to work out Rain - foggy... or the feeling and such when you walk down the road. I can do it, just need time to do so.
Then of course making another "split" of the map
Sprites of low lying clouds would be really cool.

Wow, looks great Mark! My favorite campaign. Well done my friend.

Thanks Matt
Had to do some really innovative stuff.
I am really irritated with the way Lstudio handles bridges. One minute they are there, the next not. Once gone, you can't get a bridge to locate in the same position... (any Bridge)
(Harpers Ferry). That said, since the bridge was destroyed and rebuilt 9 times, I guess the pontoon bridge there is still acceptable.
It still can use some historical tweaking, such as Trestles, Rapids, canal locks, etc, but It is FUN to play.

Yeah the bridges can be buggy in Lstudio. Really any kind of object that sinks down into the terrian is prone to issues.
Interesting fact: We considered making Harpers Ferry part of the Antietam release. Eric was teed up to do the map and everything.. However, we decided against it since the engagement was more of a mass imprisonment than an actual battle.

Well, Just having the map there would have been cool. I remember giving Eric the tour of Antietam field. Had cancer the same time I did. Too bad, nice guy.
I never really cared about tweaking the "historical" features about maps, (like entrenchments) I like the terrain to be virgin, so to speak. The tough part is trying to balance the extra detail of the Antietam battlefield, with the virtually unknown features of the surrounding county. A lot of research, but fun.
I have done so many maps, I dont know what I have released. (or where to look for them if I did.) Still working on more.

Does anyone have the greatcoat mod by chance? I can't find it anywhere despite searching the mods section.
