Fly in a Legend

Here you can talk about whatever floats your boat. Your favorite movie, sports team, etc. If it's a little racey, I suggest you post in R&R, otherwise we'll move it for you.

Check this one out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HkOGEiuMONg.

Not one darn thing to do with the ACW, but really cool in my book.

Great video Jim and perfect timing since this upcoming weekend is the annual WWII airshow at the Reading, PA airport. Anyone who is interested in WWII aviation and lives close enough to Reading should spend a day there. I usually like to go on Saturday even though it seems like the most crowded day. People watching is half the fun. Lots to see and do. Look at some of the highlights on the web site.

Hey guys, cool links !!!

Thanks for sharing !!

I remember going to one of these shows a few years back at an airport here in the Hudson Valley, NY and it was very cool.

They had WWII tents, with the sleeping quarters and guys suited up as G.I.'s from all outfits, weapons, ammo and all type of armor.

And of course, the air show was awesome, they even had a bunch of B24 bombers, very cool B) B)

My dad, a WWII vet, had a great time as he checked out everything they were showing and at each stop, he would have some type of story about it...

:) :)

If anyone is in the Omaha area, tomorrow will the last day for walk-throughs and rides in a dual-seat P-51, a B-17 and a B-24.
