Well you got to look at the Corps Grant kept he kept the II, V, IV, and IX Corps because the had the best (except the IX Corps) commanders and most veteran troops. I think it was the II Corps that had the largest amount of men in it when Grant went into the Wilderness.

Re:GB OOB
Gentlemen,
I actually stunned to be able to request an actual command in the game. If it hasen't been taken yet, I would beg to request to command Carroll's Brigade, AOP. I realize it is realtively small by the time of Gettysburg, but there is great sentimental value there.
2 of the battalions in it are ones I have actually been a part of as a reenactor - the 14th. Indiana and the 7th. West Virginia. I have had the honor to command a company in each regiment, and then commanding the battalion those companies were attached to.
If that is not possible, then perhaps Brochenbough's Brigade, ANV. My old regiment from the east, the 47th. Virginia, was a part of that brigade. She had the dubious honor of marching halfway across the field during Pickett's Disaster, then breaking and running full tilt back to the artillary lines. The colonel tried to grab the colors to rally the men on the field, only to be knocked out by the color sergeant and dragged unconcious form the field. How about that? Also, the 47th. VA. had the highest desrtion rate of the war. Probably because they were posted near Fredericksburg so often and most of the men had been recruited from the area.
And if that weren't enough, (LOL), I need to change my name from BFRUSA to Jack O'Neill. That has been my MP name for many years and should be for this game, too.
How do we do that for purposes of logging in?
Thanks,
bfrusa/Jack O'Neill
