I would think \ guess that the museum \ gift shop would be a leased property and not directly associated with the battlefield. Therefore being on such prime real-estate they would have to raise the price on such things to pay for their over-head.

I think that we cleared this up today. This is not the official store, but another store that is privately owned and is in GB. I actually think that I sold them these games last year. I think this is my mistake, as it's the first time that I've seen it online.

But it's not the main museum store. That's the one that we need too. But it's awesome to see that we are represented there at all!

Hi.

You know the more I read about this the more it actually smells to high heaven.

First you will have to see if they are misrepresenting your product meaning if they selling the digital version as the boxed version then it's time you get on the horn to your lawyer. Second, if they are burning, and selling the Digital version as a boxed version, and including the nice addons only found in the boxed version, then they are misrepresenting, and stealing your product period.

You have said that your boxed version sales have not increased, but the digital version has...well I think it's time to have someone on staff either 1: Purchase a version from the store directly, and check the contents. 2: Have someone who is either nearby, or is going to make a visit to the area to drop on in, and take a look see.

OR!!!!

All NEW versions of the game will have a version type marked which shows up in the main menu screen (like the version number of the game).

For Example...

[Digital Version]
The attachment digitalversion.jpg is no longer available

[Boxed Version]
The attachment boxedversion.jpg is no longer available

This just does not smell right to me at all.

later.

Mike, Where have you been? This place has been like a morgue since you've been gone.

Howdy do Sir.

I have been feeling like I was in a morgue. :( The hot weather and having a chest cold kept me on the couch for most of the time. This is the first day that I'm feeling up too sitting in front of the computer.

Thanks born2see, nice to have been missed... :)

Cheers, and take it easy!

Thanks, but we have spent a lot of time checking it out fully. It's all legit.

We got confused by the link, this is actually a wax museum near the battlefield that has a good store and carries more games than the main store. Very nice people there and were one of the first to order games from us to resell.

Hi Norb.

Okay that's good to hear (whew), I was a bit worried about it. I guess I took this as a personal attack of sorts, and it got my blood boiling (must be the meds  ).

Take care, and it sure is good news. :)

The Wax Museum and it's store are across Steinwehr Ave. from where the old visitor center used to be. It's a nice gift shop and has lots of nice stuff for kids and adults. Definitely worth a visit to browse around and pick up a book, gift, etc. That where's I picked up my Phil Laino "Gettysburg Battlefield Atlas". I wish I had the money to buy some of George Funt's model artillery.

I'd skip the wax museum itself, though.

I think I would agree about skipping the museum. The exibits in there have been there for as long as Ive been going there and thats over 30yrs!!!! Argh, showing my age LOL

The gift center is nice for the trinkets and such that seem to show up at all the battlefields. Good to hear that this is legit.
