No, traditionally thin cut cucumber sandwiches there. Vicarage tea parties are a summer outdoor occasion.

Crumpets were typically a winter dish. Usually toasted in the evening over an open fire using a special long handled fork. Central heating has however rather led to their demise. They are never the same done under a grill.
