Sorry, the fault was with me, not your generator.

I had done a game reinstall a while ago, and hadn't reinstalled the valverde map. That was the map that I selected in your generator. I selected another map, and everything is working.

How do you increase the time frame of the scenario from 4 hours total game play
to say for example to 6 or 8 hours total game play hours?

If you want to play longer than 4h, just select "open end". Then the scenario will only end when you end it yourself (end battle).

What is Hays' Carryover tool, and do you have a link for it?

I did a search and can't find it.

I may be wrong but I think Hays has only given the carryover tool to a few friends and its never been released publically.

A couple of things you need to be aware of when using it with the Scenario Generator.

Don’t include Supply Wagons or Couriers in the OOB created with the Carryover Campaign Application. The Scenario Generator automatically adds these units. If you add them using the Carryover Campaign Application you won’t be able to update the Master OOB with the Casualty Results created by the game.

When you import a Battle OOB created by the Carryover Campaign Application into the Scenario Generator you must have the option to include Army Commander selected.

Does anyone know how to add the 10 mile map to the
scenario generator mod. This would really make epic battles.
Maybe, someone should contact the creator of the scenario generator mod
and ask him how to add the 10 mile map to the scenario generator or to the next release?
