Thanks for accommodating my screen shot requests. You guys have done an outstanding job of capturing the feel and look of the battlefield. How far we've come since "Gettysburg: The Turning Point" and "Sid Meier's Gettysburg". What I find especially interesting are the views that are denied to us today such as the Z. Taney farm shot looking north.

And I'm going to miss finding these screen shot views for you. Maybe we can start something like the "Mystery Photo Thread" at MHO, except it will be virtual Gettysburg. :laugh:

Thanks Louie and LP. My pleasure. Having tramped the fields of GB for so many years I had the advantage of being somewhat familiar with the subject matter. I'm no historian. I have friends who have forgotten more about the battlefield and battle than I'll ever know, but it is interesting to see it graphically represented.

Screen shots look great guys. Quick question, will we be able to personalize our MP courier messages with our own sig...or will our sig be whoever commander we are using in battle?

Norb, Jim, LP, AJ, et.al.: Superlatives fail me at this time to compliment the entire team on outstanding work! Comparing TC2M with SOW is like comparing a typewriter to a computer (assuming there are a few who know what a typewriter is, other than seeing one in the museum)! I can only imagine that TC2M will quickly be gathering dust on many folks' shelves. Thanks to all of you for your hard work and dedication to producing a "market trend-setter!"

Although I really do appreciate your kind words, I refuse to accept them until after you have played for a while Encouragement has helped us more than you can know, to complete this project. But now we are almost done, so I really want people to play and then access. So please do compare, but only after you have brought our new work through it's paces. Give it the best you've got and then let us know how we stand up. We all have hundreds of hours invested in this game and we are all very proud of it.

As Eddie Murphy once said after receiving a huge ovation as he walked out on stage to being his act. "What are you clapping for, you don't even know if I'm F'n funny yet!"
