Division Tutorial’s Minor Objective Marker Will Not Activate

In the Division Tutorial, the only Objective Marker (no Major Marker) is the Minor Objective Marker's Silver Eagle on the road behind the starting battle-line. The map states one gets 500 points for holding it with 300 units within its 100-yard radius for 4 minutes.

At the start of the Tutorial I raced General Early and a 347-unit regiment into the yellow circle under the Marker. The clock never started and General Early did not start accumulating any points. I couldn’t activate the Marker testing with various regiments including placing Early's entire division under it.

Is this a Bug?

I just checked that and it's an Army 1 only Objective. Only the Union can get points for it.

Many thanks and my apologies for cluttering up the Bug Post . I don't recall reading that anywhere, but I will reread the Manual and the Help Screen. Now I know why smacking my monitor didn't start that damn clock.
