Okay, We've got an issue here...

Got an issue here. Several hours ago I started a MP game, as host, with Braxton Bragg. Within minutes I crashed out. Oh well, I thought, happens. Braxton apparently was able to keep playing, taking over as host from me. So, I tried to start another game. Server kept saying I was still in the room. Right. Even re-booted the computer. Same thing. It is now several hours later. I just booted up and went to the MP lobby. Tried to start an MP game. Still not able to play. Server, (or whatever), keeps telling me I'm already in another room. What gives? I have very limited time to play MP and now this.

Hi Jack ONeill.

I have read somewhere here that mentions the server after awhile will reset your account (inactive).

I think your best bet is to create two accounts just in case this happens again.

Okay. For some reason, perhaps a time limit or such, I am able to get into the staging area and host, sort of. Next question, has something changed with the server? I was able to host a game this morning no problem. Now, the server takes forever to connect. Yes, my AVS sees SOWGB as an exception, as far as I can tell.

Wondered where you had gone jack! dont worry though! I took Mcpherson ridge and then turned NE and took them in the rear while you drove them from Oak hill! Great game.

I later played Harmon (NY CAV) and Parasalves, wow what a great game we had, damn near drove me from the right, took everything I had to hold them back.

Now thing is I have never been able to join a any MP before now I can, I can even Host games aswell.

My point is I have not mapped my port or router so it must be the patch which has corrected things for me.

When you are dropped from the lobby, it takes them a while to realize that you are no longer in there. We have had that situation happen to us as well. It's just part of the lobby code.

Norb, it seems the new patch has messed up MP, well Me Talon and your mate rckgunney tired to host and join but a server failed message kept comming up.

It shouldn't have effected MP. We tested.

Have you been able to host in the past? Have whoever is hosting to double check their port settings.

Are you sure that everyone is running the latest patch?
