Just bought the game have two quick questions

I am currently going through the tutorials before I even think of anything else and I'm unclear on two things "and I probably just missed the answer"

How do you move mutiple units at once?

The tutorial made mention of the manual, where might I find it?

Sorry for such noob/green questions!

To access the manual :

Click on Start -- > All Programs -- >Scourge of War and then a drop down menu with Manual next to a pdf icon should be visible (Thanks Tim for the answer from an earlier Post !!! )
