This is quite the little helper I can tell you. Now I can say goodbye to the cabbage patch kid that seems to follow me around everywhere...(kidding, I don't need a psych eval).

Okay, I just tested this chicken, and man it's cool. Anyway here are the setup parameters that I suggest you go with.
1:Cache Tab: Move the cache slider to 100 percent (about a gig if I'm not too brain dead)
2:Web Prefetch Tab: Put the max number of pages to simultaneously default=4, I have mine at 1, up to you though.
3:Use popup, and ad blocker if ye wish, it works great.
