Second Manassas Forum?

I searched for a post on this, but did Norb take the second Manassas forum off? It is in debug mode at the moment, and I was looking for the Map Modding Series of Posts. If that has been moved to somewhere, could someone redirect me. If it is gone, could someone give me downloads? I am looking for the unpacker and packer tool to continue working on a map.

Nothing has been changed on that forum in a long time. It has a lot of problems though. For some reason there are always database problems that mess it up. I have no idea why. ADukes is always running tools to fix it when it breaks.

I wish that I knew what happens over there, as it's confusing as to why it goes down so often. Maybe if I upgraded it would work better, but the host there runs a very old version of MySQL and it can only be updated so much.
