Sniper OOB.

This is where our experts try to teach you the very flexible modding system for our previous release - SOW Gettysburg and its add-ons. It's powerful, but dangerous. Post your tips and your questions.

Sniper OOB.

Post by Michael Slaunwhite »

Hi.

I have added the Sniper OOB to the Beginners OOB (seperate oob)which can be found at this location http://www.norbsoftdev.net/index.php?op ... Itemid=124 in the forum. I have done some tweaking wit both of these OOB's.

Hi.

Well I was in bed, eyes wide open, and I just couldn't stop thinking about the Sniper OOB. I have changed some settings which I think suits this crack sniper unit. I have reduced the troops reload time to reflect their superior training.

Here is a quick snap shot of the rebel cav unit approaching the sniper unit. See the trail of dead?

As I watched them approach, the sniper team let loose a wall of lead, and kept up the fire. As you can see the enemy just kept approaching got off of their horses, and started to fire back but for a brief period, then the enemy mounted, and started to charge my position but it just got to hard for them to continue on, and they finally broke.

I know from looking at the screenshot it doesn't look dramatic, but when it was happening it was a thrill.

The download above is the latest edit.

Later!
