This is Abner Monroe Perrin born Edgefield County, South Carolina born Feb 8th 1827 fought in Gettysburg and other engagements.

"Maj. Gen. Edward "Allegheny" Johnson's division was captured on May 12, 1864, units from the Third Corps—including Perrin's brigade—were called in to help. Leading his troops in a spirited counterattack through a very heavy fire, with his sword in hand, Perrin fell from his horse pierced by seven bullets. He died instantly.

Perrin is buried in the Confederate Cemetery in Fredericksburg, Virginia." source wiki

Telling us which mod it was would help.

It looks like those folders should sit inside a single folder which would be named after the mod probably, and then that folder goes in your MODS folder. Its activated by checking it with a yellow box in the modifications page of the game.
HITS & Couriers - a different and realistic way to play SoW MP.

These folders must be into a folder called whatever you like. Then put everything into the MODS folder of the game. The game will detect automatically the mod. enable it ingame and that´s all.

EDIT: I was slow... :P Double info, double effectiveness

Yes, When you download a mod, unless it is autoinstallable, It comes already prepared, just unrar and the folder and subfolders are ready.
