I installed the game, and played it as a good little gamer that I am. Later on I decided to turn my system back on to hunt down some more demos so I can continue on making my game list, and wouldn't you know it Windows told me that a particular driver which is incompatible with windows was disabled, and I needed to update it if I wished it to be compatible once more which I WAS NOT going to do... damn intrusive shit this is... Hell it makes Steam look like child's play in comparison.
I will tell you the files which it installs, and how to remove them, and it's very simple actually, even a spazzed out monkey can do it.

Tages is a copy-protection system which this game uses which is something I never came across before until now since I use to use Windows XP.
Here is what Tages actually is, and I will provide a link to their website (select the Read More to visit) so you can take a gander for yourself...
[small gist]
TAGES™ is a new breed of CD/DVD-ROM copy protection which overcomes the inadequacies of the commonly marketed solutions. With TAGES™, the software community takes a great leap forward against piracy by offering several technical breakthroughs. Our main technical asset is our specific mastering process which builds up a programmable "secure area" on the disc. The secured area is used to protect useful application data sets or encryption keys. <Read More...>
Okay where are these two files, and what are their names?
Names: atksgt.sys and lirsgt.sys
Where are they Located?: You will find them in your system32 directory eg. c:\Windows\System32
How to get rid of them?: You can either delete them or just rename them. For myself I only renamed them. eg. atksgt.sys I renamed to atksgt.sys.OLD, and lirsgt.sys to lirsgt.sys.OLD
This won't hurt your system in any way. I prefer to rename them just in case something did happened, and I could just restore them to their original name.
Now there is a removal tool which can be found on the above website which makes you install their intrusive DRM software, which after installing will allow you to remove it, but who knows what else this software does so I stayed clear of it!
Happy Gaming...
