Anyone try playing SOW over Tunngle?

Just wondering.

I'll setup a small tunngle private server. look for Scourge of War. no password needed.

Well this is pretty much a useless gesture. BUT Tunngle does work very well with many of the games I own, and if you can play via lan, tunngle works great. It's also known to help those (most part) who are having problems with their routers as well.

I have been playing some pretty cool games today online (via lan/tunngle).

Anyway, no point in trying it for SOW unless you need too.

Tunngle or Hamachi are what people should use when no one is available to host.

But when I'm there, I can host, so I haven't really thought about these.
Play Scourge of War Multiplayer! www.sowmp.com

Mike,

It's only that I think I know you so well that I have to ask:

Why don't you put Sherman's name once and the three quotes underneath i? Or are you just being your contrarian self? :P

Haaaaaa, yeah you do. You know that's a good idea, I'll pick at it shortly.

Contrarian self? Always...

There is one thing about Hamachi that I really don't like, and that is only being able to have up to 4 other people with you (I could be very wrong though, I only really used it once), but with Tunngle, there are no restrictions except for how many you allow to connect to your lan game.

Had a blast playing "Man of War Assault Squad" with a few Russians (I had no idea what they were jabbering on about), they weren't bad players.

We use it when there isn't anyone who can host directly; it works fine and it is less dangerous in term of security respect Hamachi.
