I'm looking for someone who has a pair of replica ACW officers riding gloves (or something similar) - I need a specific photo of them wearing the gloves for a mod...

Hmm, I assume that you are doing this for either a map mod or the binocular mod, but either way have you tried using Google for a photo.

Spot on - but it isnt just a photo of the gloves i want, but a photo, taken from the perspective of the viewer, of that person holding a circular object. Which isn't such an easy google!!

The GBurg still probably wouldnt be from the right viewpoint - this is to be taken from one specific perspective - the glove, holding a circular object, etc.

I worked on this when the thread was hot, but found it not practical to mod...impossible to pan around. You've got the right idea Conor, but if we can get it coded in and made practical, the view through the binoculars needs to be a lot bigger and just show a portion of the gloves. Otherwise, it would be useless for me as is for it would just be impractical eye candy.

If Norb can agree to code this with limited time in design and testing involved, I'll go along with a large viewing area that can be panned around. But if this turns into an issue 'time wise' getting it right, I would prefer that 'time spent' be used for more practical features.

Panning works - and its a mod - no norb input. Its more for hits cos zoom idnt really as important for free view. back on track, gloves please!
