I'm really sorry guys for posting so many games in one day, but if I come across anything I think someone might be interested in I have to share it with the rest of you.

I have been watching news videos, and I came across this game called Impire 2013. It's similar to Dungeon Keepers, but I have no real idea except for what the video is explaining. I have been a fan of Dungeon Keeper, and DKII, so I will be taking a closer look at this game.

I agree. I've been watching a few videos of the game, and it does look like that there are some cool features but I'm not all that convinced. I also noticed that you have to be connected continuously to Steams Cloud server otherwise you might not be able to play it, or save your game.

I guess from the way it looks Steam is going to force almost every game they are selling to have you stay online like what Blizzard has been doing to have the ability to play the game, and save your games otherwise you'll run into sync errors causing corrupt saved data.

That for me unfortunately would be a deal breaker. Oh well...

Yeah dungeon keeper was a blast.
Slapping the minions around reminded me of work.....
of course I happen to be a minion.....but still great fun.
Steam games can be played offline unless this is something new
that I havent experienced

Your right, it was a blast to play.

This game Impire requires you to be connected to Steams Cloud server to properly save your game. If you are not connected to the cloud server you are not able to play the campaign, you will only be able to play in skirmish mode which is a watered down version of skirmish that we are all use too. Mind you I could be wrong, but from what I have seen so far it appears that way.

Not all games that Steam offers requires you to be connected to their Cloud server which is far better than having to be, unfortunately this game requires it.

:)
