I'm experiencing an error I'm not sure why it began and not sure how to fix it.
A window opens with the heading

PowerRender6_8.dll

The text in the box says

Invalid dynalink in the .DLL specified in the title bar. (3)

I would reinstall your game. Somehow one of the game files got corrupted. I would also check for hard disk or virus issues because this is something that very rarely happens.

How do I reinstall? I've checked for viruses, it turned up nothing. Thanks!

You reinstall just like you installed the game. Don't uninstall anything, just run through the 1.5 matrix installer again, then the 1.6 patch.
