CSV File Questions

I recently stumbled on Jack ONiells great little unitmodel csv file which I think makes a great improvement to the uniforms.I was also pleasantly surprised to see that it changed the colour of the horses for the Confederates, that 'same colour' look I didn't like at all. However I found that it didn't apply to the Union cavalry. I opened the file and saw that the horses had a separate section so I figured that if I changed all the GFX file names in the section starting 'UPR_USA_TRANS from GFX_USA to GFX_CSA then the Union cavalry would simply use the Confederate horse graphics.Didn't work.Anybody tell me if I'm thinking along the right lines? Also is there a file unpacker for the GFX files?

The only mod I'm aware of that changes horse graphics is RebBugler's "big brown" mod. The horses are part of the cavalry graphics, and I think he only modded the confederate graphics, so as far as I know there's no way to use these horses with union cavalry graphics. (Other than recoloring them yourself.)

Unless there's a different mod I don't know about.
