How to add Brigades or divisions to mods

Maybe this has already been explained, but I have been sick in bed for awhile.

In the Anderson scenario I want to add Ransom's Division as an alternative history and add Corse's and Jenkins brigades to the Pickett scenario.

I have tried to do this before with TC2M, adding D.H. Hill's Division to Jackson's men and adding McLaws division to Longstreets men. I finally was able to do it but it took me at least a hundred hours. Is there a better way to do this?
