Running Win 7 and also have all games in series installed


UPdate - seem to have game installed in 2 places!! Other install works - not sure how that happened.

You should probably patch it to 1.61.

I have Version 1.61 running on Windows 8.1 and I get the same error log. I have tried uninstalling and downloading several times and running in every compatibility mode available. Posted the log below.

I solved mine when I found the game installed in two different places for some reason and obviously the one I first tried was somehow incomplete. So deleted that and the other installation worked fine.

I have deleted everything related to the game including the registry entries and uninstalled the game. Downloaded a fresh copy from Matrix, installed it and used Windows XP compatibility. I still get the same crash and log entry.

Ahhh... I got it! Thanks Guys!! I tried it before... but it must have just been the 1.6 patch only that I downloaded... I went to "my products' first not the "registered downloads" section.
