NAP custom scenarios, multi-player online, MODS needed?

ok, it's been awhile since I tried NAP games online...and there's always changes/improvements/fine-tuning going on here, so i'm looking for a "refresher":
- I have the new Ver 3.1 scenario generator, which includes many newer maps! (it's great; added Manassas as well...and many NAP era maps as well)
- I've created custom NAP scenarios using it, and it works great! (I end up "turning on" just about every NAP related MOD I have just to cover all my bases)
- but, I want to now be able to play these custom scenarios online and am trying to "fine-tune" the list of MODS the other players will need
- I know that anyone playing a custom scenario online will need the MAP I've used
- BUT, what other MODS are mandatory? (and is there still an "order" the MODS need to be placed in?)
