Courier menu width

The courier message screen does not show the recipient's full name in the left (selection) panel.
I have tried 3 different screen resolutions from 1024x768 to my native 1600x900, with and without the grog toolbar. There is no proportional change in what is displayed in the left pane. My computers display settings are all at factory settings, normal size, no magnification.

Would it be possible to have the recipient screen resemble the OOB with click to open?

I started to become a fan of courier messaging in the Gettysburg series. The current state in Waterloo is disappointing, I understand the map portion is on the list.
