Expanded Toolbar - Grog

When I play the Waterloo sp scenarios with the grog toolbar I cannot move the bar from its central position on my screen to somewhere less obtrusive.

Left click, hold and drag does not budge it.

What am I missing?

Grab the very top of the toolbar. It's a narrow grab point, so just grab along the top line, you'll find it. And, just to be sure, it's left click hold grab.
