Scourge of War Boards

Hello.
I want to know, this game have map editor or some software for map creation?
I have experience of map creation for Histwar game and want to try for SOWW.

The current tools for creating or editing maps are available if you request them but are difficult to use and have a fair number of bugs and things that are broken. The best short description is: User Hostile. It is not something we created, but came as part of the game engine package.
