Need some more help with a OOB!

Ok so I made a bit of a fantasy OOB of some German troops vs French but for some reason it crashes every time I try to load it, specifically the German side, the French side doesn't have any army commanders or corps commanders, even though there should be three corps. Here is a copy of the crash log and I'm attaching the OOB for anybody who wants to take a look and see what is wrong because I have no idea, it all looks correct to me.

- Remove all commas, I found 16...easy find and fix with Excel

- Fix weapon names with correct prefix
