How to Make a standard sandbox battle with the waterloo armies

So i would like to make a battle which is on the any of the maps using the waterloo armies as i cannot find out how to do this is sandbox without having the prussians as well.

Since the Prussian army is at the bottom of the SB_OOB it's probably easiest to just to delete those lines from a copy/re-named and included in a mod you build or one you already use that has an OOB folder.
