How can I make changes or edit the OBB in the 150 Aniv. of Gettysburg?

The Short Answer is to create another folder called "OOBs" and place it in the "Mod" of choice.

Then Copy the original OOB into that folder that you just created.

You can Edit the OOB with any "Excel-Type" program or with the "Notepad". Edit the copy that you moved to avoid changing the original.

The Excel type programs work better due too showing all of the values in different Columns. This makes it easier to see what you are changing.

It is a very simple process to create or edit a OOB, but it helps to examine the OOB and understand how it works.
