Hi everyone, I just bought the game and was wondering which mods were recommended? It seems like the Grog Toolbar is one, but were there any others which come highly recommended?
Thanks

Here are 10 mods that I use, all are made by other members. Don't ask me what they do as they don't have any descriptions apart from the obvious but they all work with the Grog Toolbar.
Packed Terrain Sprites
Slower_Animations
Realistic Smoke
Realistic Smoke light version
ShrapnelEx
Foot Guards
Ch a Ch Garde and Pr Landwehr Cav
BloodBath Waterloo
GCM_Terrain4
Terrain Sprites
Only use one of the smoke mods.

C/B,
Good luck with that.
A tiny bit of advice - Pick a Sandbox game first, a small brigade from either side, and try that to get the general feel of the game-play itself.
Note - when playing with couriers, my advice - ride your horse(s) into the ground. If you are directly behind a battalion/Regiment, your orders are received much quicker. I generally play at division level, and ride my butt off to make sure (1) my brigade commanders really get my orders, and (2) I actually know what is going on (and usually wrong). Couriers, (and the HITS version), are ass-busters. You will earn your victories there...
Bon Chance!

Would you happen to have Realistic Smoke light version and the Ch a Ch Garde/Pr Landwehr Cav mods on hand? Thanks for being a solid source on these for those of us that're new.
