I think travel by roads caused less fatique on the troops.

I have Win7, adjusted sound as Norb suggested in control panel. Sound is now great, even had to reduce volume.

The courier gallops up to the brigade commande, when he get next to the commander, the courier disappears, there is no courier screen or other information, play just continues

I set up a sandbox scenario, small brigade vs brigade, I am the attacker. Initally, a courier will approach my brigade commander and then disappear. Should he be giving my commander his inital obective orders?

Since my minus and equals keys didn't work either for time acceleration, I remapped them to F11 and F12 and now it works (regular US keyboard) I don't think f11 and f12 are used for anything else.

I changed the keyboard.cvs assignment to two different keys and there is no change. It is the same as the two original keys. I also tried a reinstall, no change.

I don't know what you are referring to in the game options menue. Are there certain situations when time acceleration won't work?

Yes, those are the two keys I am using, but they do not change the games speed, they work for TC2.

I also have an issue with the time button. Selecting "=,+" does not accelerate the time.
