Another thing I notice on Army level games is that sometimes the armies will be within range of each other and not react. have you heard of this before?

Meanwhile, you can keep up with the local politics and goings-on with the Park Service by going to borovent.com . It's a much more accurate way of finding out what the park is actually doing, as opposed to what they say they do/will do.
