Hi, my motherboard recently died and after replacing I had to format the hard drive because
windows wouldn't boot due to Driver incompatibility. I purchased my copy of Scourge of War Gettysburg on the 12th April and received my activation code . When I enter my activation code I now get the message " The code is currently active , you need to de-activate etc. However I can't do this because the game has been erased due to my PC problems. I would be extremely grateful if you could help me with this, the game is fantastic and any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Stuart

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I did that yesterday. Guess I just need to wait a tad
longer for my issue to be resolved , I guess you guys are really busy at the moment.
thanks again

Re: Cannot de-activate game on PC due to PC Failure
stuart,
I apologize for the slow response. When I set up the email account I set up a link that I was currently using, but it was not the right link. It worked for a while, but now is old. So I've just set up the correct link to our support email. Yours and everyone else's is sitting there, nothing is lost. But we now will catch up.
