Oh, I get it now, a rewrite so you can beat it on Normal. :) ...unless you just forgot your smiley face here, with such, I will apologize.

And yet, six days ago, he claimed to have beat the game.

rckgunny-congrats on finally winning the scenario! A few days ago I was thinking the same thing, I wasn't having much success either in numerous attempts. It looked pretty unwinnable to me as well. I also thought it was a little awkward to start with the arty so far behind the troops-it made it harder for a more cohesive attack. But war is like that sometimes. I found it strange that the 84th New York at the fence could withstand fire coming from 3 sides (as well as canister in one battle!) for so long without routing. The 95th New York beside it appeared to have superhuman qualities as well. Meanwhile, Archer's troops seemed to be as skittish as some green Calvary regiments at times-yikes! After playing with some modded OOB's with improved troop quality in TC2M for so long, it took awhile to get used to less hardened regiments. I also realized I was wasting time doing too much flanking and was paying too much attention to the 2 regiments in the left field.

In my win I was able to take the forward Union batteries with the 42nd Missisippi leading the way up the gut. After I established a defensive line at the Farm I was able to flank and rout the left field regiments. I had two of Archer's Brigade rout early on but was able to get them back into the fight later on to hold the farm. The other regiments hung in tough unlike my other tries-I can't say my confidence would be all that high if I was to try the scenario again however. The arty was semi effective but it's not as strong as I think it should be. Glad to hear it's being tweaked some.

If this is going to be your attitude, please stop posting here. We all try to be respectful of each other, maybe in a tribute to the times that this game represents. That includes the fact that when you do not have the ability to conquer something that numerous other people have conquered, you don't just call it a POS. What it is includes hundreds of man hours of writing and testing. It has been approved by numerous people, more qualified than yourself, and won by many. If you don't like it, no issues. But if you are just going to come on here and be rude, obnoxious, etc. Please find another home. I have warned you before that if you are going to just try and start fights, you'll be banned. I've never banned anyone in the past, and you could be my first. Mind your manners.

ok heres a question since my high scores didn't count because i had it on custom, do i have to de-activate and then re-activate and start ALL over again with everything on normal and then submit my scores , OR can i just go through all the scenarios again without all the activation deactivation stuff?????????????????????????????? i don't know whatn to do , i'm confused , and another i need to know is did you put in even another patch? ok , wait how many patches have you made up to this date? i've sorta lost track because i've been doing other things. so what s the 411 on the patches . and lastly do i need to put in smily faces? if i do i can't find the right one that expresses how i'm feeling. is there a face that expresses confusion, anger, utter frustration, sick to my stomach[because of my illness]. disappointment, because i can't fix it all myself, lose of faith, etc. etc. etc.i better stop here because just having to type gets me upset in the 1st place. just know! i hate having to post stuff on any forum of any kind and if i have to ask about something in a forum and have to type all this this stuff out, just the fact that i had to do it makes me so furiuos i could just scream !!!!!!!!!!!!!
