Formation casualty modifier?

Post by Garnier »

What determines the difference in casualties between different formations, (as in, the increased casualties that columns take now). Or is that hardcoded?

The shape is hardcoded. We get the first cas, then draw a shape on the ground and hit everyone in it.

So if for some reason the line was shaped just like the column, they'd take equal casualties on average.

That's great, thanks.

Absolutely and for the first time if there are other units in the same area, they will get hit too.
