Re:Body counts
As morbid as this thread may be it does provoke some thought about the appearance of a field post battle. Before burial crews could start to clean up, I'm sure battle lines could be resonably traced just by the concentration of bodies. ~Gary

Re:THE AMERICANS
I'm all for term limits. I'm sick of these clowns making a career from politics. Serve 2-3 terms and hit the road. Oh yeah, NO pensions either. What a joke, we would be so lucky to get a pension for just working a small portion of our lives. ~Gary

Re:Age and Experience?
<r>I would agree with trying out the demo. Follow the tutorial's instructions and build from there. With some explanation of the tactics involved you might be a little surprised how much one so young is capable of understanding. A game like this is a great tool to foster further interest. Do you rem...

Re:when can we create our own maps?
<t>If any of you heard the podcast Norb and Jim did on the Flash of Steel site my guess is that the map will pretty much be "locked" up based on the interview. Let's not forget this is a money making venture as well. If we were to have total access to ALL aspects of the game what would they have to ...

Re:I'm finally going to Gettysburg.
Aside from Little Round Top, Devil's Den, the Wheatfield etc. etc. no trip is complete without walking Pickett's (Longstreet's) charge. The ground can be very decieving until you actually walk it. I was there in May and will be back in July, can't wait. ~Gary

Just for grins I went into DISPLAY and changed the size of text and other items from 150% to 125% and problem solved, there is now a cursor. ~G
